Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn. Counseling offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and discover new ways forward. Together, we’ll work to heal old wounds, build resilience, and create meaningful change that lasts.

My work is rooted in the belief that our earliest relationships shape who we are today. By gently exploring how past experiences influence your emotions, self-worth, and relationships, we can uncover patterns that may be holding you back and open the door to new possibilities.

Offering sessions for both individuals and couples

How it works:

  • Free initial 15 minute phone call – We’ll connect briefly to talk about your needs, answer questions, and see if counseling feels like a good fit.

  • 1-hour intake session – Our first meeting is a chance to understand your story, strengths, and goals. This session can take place in person or via telehealth.

  • Personalized plan – Together we’ll create a plan with clear goals and strategies, and decide on the frequency of sessions (weekly or bi-weekly).

  • Ongoing sessions – Sessions offer a supportive space to reflect, explore patterns, and practice new tools. For couples, sessions focus on strengthening communication, repairing disconnection, and navigating challenges together.

  • Attachment & Early Relationship Patterns – exploring how childhood experiences shape emotions, relationships, and sense of self

  • Emotional Regulation & Coping – learning tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings

  • Healing from Trauma & Loss – processing grief, medical trauma, or unresolved wounds from the past

  • Self-Esteem & Self-Understanding – building confidence, resilience, and clarity about personal values and direction

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming Care – providing safe, supportive counseling for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences

  • Communication & Connection – strengthening listening, understanding, and emotional closeness

  • Repairing Attachment Wounds – addressing disconnection, trust issues, or relational hurts

  • Parenting & Co-Parenting Support – aligning parenting values and approaches to create a supportive family environment

  • Navigating Stress & Transitions Together – supporting couples through life changes, grief, or new stages in family life

Fees:

Individual Session - $160 for 50 minutes | $250 for 80 minutes

Couples Session - $185 for 50 minutes | $290 for 80 minutes
